What Happens Next:

When you connect with us—by phone, email, or in person—you’ll speak with one of our Intake & Coordination Specialists. You’ll be asked to complete a simple intake form, which will identify your top three needs. We’ll connect you with the agencies and supportive services that best meet your needs.

Mainspring’s case management pairs each individual and household with a dedicated case manager who helps identify needs, navigate services, and build a path forward to thrive.
