Associate Director of Housing:
Fair Tide is seeking a strategic and visionary Associate Director of Housing to lead and expand our affordable housing development work across southern Maine and the Seacoast of New Hampshire. This position will work in close partnership with our current part-time Director of Housing to ensure continuity and maximize impact across our growing portfolio. With multiple projects currently in development and additional opportunities emerging, this role will help catapult the organization's impact by guiding projects from concept through construction and long-term stewardship. The Associate Director of Housing will play a central role in shaping Fair Tide's housing portfolio and advancing innovative solutions to the region's housing challenges.

Associate Director of Development:
Mainspring is seeking an Associate Director of Development (Grants & Communications) to lead our grant writing, institutional fundraising, and communications efforts. This role is responsible for securing grant revenue, crafting compelling narratives, and ensuring consistent, high-quality communications that deepen engagement with donors, funders, and the broader community. Working alongside the Development Director, this role will manage the full grant lifecycle, develop content across platforms, support donor engagement, and lead events in collaboration with the development team, volunteer coordinator, and leadership team.
