Program Director:
Mainspring seeks a highly skilled and experienced Program Director to oversee and manage the direct service team, including intake, case management, and clinical interns. This position will provide strategic leadership, ensure compliance with policies and funding requirements, foster a supportive, professional, and collaborative environment for staff and support the delivery of high-quality, effective services to clients.
